These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Uniq Arts website, purchase of our products, participation in workshops, and enquiries relating to custom, bulk, gifting and business opportunities. By using this website, submitting an enquiry, placing an order or making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the applicable terms below.
1. About Uniq Arts & Use of Website
Uniq Arts is an Indian handmade art and décor venture offering resin clocks, aesthetic candles, artistic gifts, custom creations, resin art workshops and related business opportunities through this website.
By using this website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, submit false information, misuse customer information or attempt unauthorised access to the website or its systems.
Customers must be at least 18 years old to place an order or use our services independently. A minor may use the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Handmade Products & Natural Variations
Uniq Arts products are handcrafted. Resin, artistic finishes, candles and other handmade creations may naturally vary from one piece to another.
- Minor differences in colour, texture, pattern, finish, shape or dimensions may occur.
- Screen settings, photography and lighting may also cause colours to appear slightly different from the actual product.
- Such natural handcrafted variations do not automatically constitute a defect.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, materials and other information. However, handcrafted products may have minor variations and product specifications may change when required for production or availability.
Customers should review the product details before placing an order and contact Uniq Arts if clarification is required.
4. Pricing, Taxes & Shipping Charges
Product prices displayed on the website are stated in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise mentioned.
- Prices may be changed without prior notice.
- Applicable taxes, shipping charges or other charges may be added during checkout.
- Promotional prices and discounts are subject to the conditions displayed with the offer.
- A quotation provided for a business, customised or bulk requirement may differ from standard website pricing.
5. Orders & Order Confirmation
An online order is subject to product availability and successful payment or other order confirmation communicated by Uniq Arts.
Uniq Arts reserves the right to refuse, modify or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including cases involving pricing errors, product unavailability, incorrect customer information, payment failure or suspected fraudulent activity.
Important: A business or special-order enquiry is not an order. An enquiry becomes a confirmed commercial order only after the applicable requirements, pricing, specifications, timeline and payment terms have been accepted and confirmed by Uniq Arts.
6. Payments
Online payments are processed through the payment methods made available during checkout, including Razorpay where applicable.
Uniq Arts does not store complete card, UPI or banking credentials on its own website servers. Payment processing is subject to the applicable terms and security procedures of the relevant payment service provider.
If a payment fails or is not successfully confirmed, the order may not be processed until payment is successfully received or otherwise confirmed.
7. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are processed and dispatched within the applicable processing period communicated on the website or to the customer.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary according to product type, destination and courier service.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate name, address, telephone and other delivery information.
- Tracking information may be provided after dispatch where available.
- Uniq Arts is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather, strikes, natural events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8. No-Refund Policy, Returns & Damaged Deliveries
Because our products are handmade and may be customised or produced specifically for an order, Uniq Arts follows a no-refund / no-return policy except where a replacement or other resolution is specifically approved under our Refund & Returns Policy.
Damaged During Transit:
If the courier package appears damaged or the product is found to be damaged during transit, the customer must record a complete package-opening video showing the unopened courier package, shipping label, opening process and the damaged product.
The complete package-opening video and relevant photographs must be submitted to Uniq Arts within 24 hours of delivery for review.
Replacement or another appropriate resolution will be considered only after the case has been reviewed and approved by Uniq Arts.
10. Business & Special Orders
Uniq Arts accepts enquiries relating to corporate orders, bulk purchases, wedding and event gifting, made-to-order products, customised products, reseller opportunities, B2B partnerships, private-label requirements and other business collaborations.
10.1 Business Enquiry Is Not an Order
Submission of the Business & Special Orders enquiry form does not constitute a confirmed order, quotation, purchase commitment or guarantee of supply.
Uniq Arts will review the enquiry and may contact the customer to discuss product availability, quantity, customisation, production feasibility, pricing, delivery schedule and other requirements.
10.2 Minimum Quantity & Estimated Quantity
Customers may provide a minimum quantity and an approximate total quantity. These figures are used to understand the requirement and prepare a suitable commercial proposal.
Final quantities may be confirmed separately before production or supply begins.
10.3 Pricing & Bulk Discounts
Bulk pricing, discounts and quotations are determined according to factors including quantity, product selection, customisation, materials, packaging, production requirements, delivery requirements and applicable taxes.
A customer’s requested discount or target price is not automatically accepted. Uniq Arts may instead provide its own commercial quotation.
10.4 Gifting Solutions
Customers may request gifting solutions within a selected budget range. Uniq Arts may suggest suitable products, combinations, packaging or customisation options based on the stated budget and requirement.
The final proposal is subject to product availability, quantity, customisation, packaging and production feasibility.
10.5 Corporate, Wedding & Event Orders
Corporate, wedding, event and other larger orders may require advance planning, production lead time, advance payment and separate commercial terms.
10.6 Reseller & B2B Opportunities
Reseller and B2B enquiries are subject to separate discussion and approval. Submission of an enquiry does not automatically create a reseller, dealership, distribution or agency relationship.
10.7 Private Label
Private-label enquiries may be considered where production capability, materials, quantity, branding requirements and commercial terms permit.
A private-label enquiry does not create any obligation to manufacture until the relevant specifications and commercial terms have been mutually confirmed.
10.8 Franchise & Business Opportunities
Franchise and business-opportunity enquiries are subject to separate discussion regarding territory, investment, operating model, requirements and commercial terms.
Submission of an enquiry does not guarantee approval, territory allocation, franchise rights, expected income or business results.
11. Customer-Supplied Designs & Reference Material
Customers may provide a reference image, design link, logo, artwork or other material when requesting a customised product.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that any material supplied by them may lawfully be used for the requested purpose.
By submitting such material, the customer represents that they have the necessary rights or permission to provide it for the proposed use.
Uniq Arts may decline a requested design where production, legal, technical or practical limitations make the request unsuitable.
12. GST & Invoicing
Customers requiring a GST invoice should provide accurate GST information when requested during checkout or through the Business & Special Orders enquiry process.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the GST number and billing information supplied to Uniq Arts are accurate and belong to the intended billing entity.
13. Workshops, Classes & Learning Material
Workshop registrations are subject to seat availability and the specific workshop terms communicated at the time of registration.
- Registration is confirmed after the required payment has been received.
- Workshop fees are generally non-refundable, subject to any rescheduling arrangement specifically offered by Uniq Arts.
- Uniq Arts may reschedule or cancel a workshop due to insufficient participation, instructor unavailability or unforeseen circumstances.
- Workshop content, instructional material, videos and teaching resources are provided for personal learning and must not be copied, reproduced, distributed or commercially resold without written permission.
14. Intellectual Property
All website content belonging to Uniq Arts, including photographs, product designs, artwork, logos, graphics, written content, videos, workshop material and branding, is protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.
No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, commercially exploited or represented as another person’s work without prior written permission from Uniq Arts.
15. Enquiry & Communication Consent
When a customer submits an enquiry form, the customer may provide contact information such as name, email address and WhatsApp number.
By providing consent in the enquiry form, the customer agrees that Uniq Arts may contact them regarding their enquiry, quotation, product requirements, customisation, gifting solutions or business opportunities.
Submission of an enquiry does not constitute a confirmed order or quotation.
16. Privacy
Personal information collected through orders, enquiries, checkout, workshops or other website interactions is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
18. Changes to These Terms
Uniq Arts may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our products, services, business practices or applicable requirements.
The effective date displayed at the beginning of this page will indicate the latest version.
19. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws applicable in India.
Any dispute arising in connection with the website, products or services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
